| Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADDEI) – who reports directly to the Dean for DEI and Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Division of Student Affairs – is committed to student success in the classroom, residence, and co-curricular experience. The Assistant Director has direct responsibility and administrative oversight as the coordinator of the Kenyon Educational Enrichment Program (KEEP)* and the Recognizing Each Other’s Ability to Conquer the Hill (REACH) Peer Mentoring Program**. The Assistant Director works closely with the Associate Provost for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, College faculty, and staff to support the retention of students from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, religious and national backgrounds. The Assistant Director also assists the Dean, Director and the Associate Provost for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in providing campus-wide programming to enrich the campus climate and quality of life for the Kenyon College community. The Assistant Director will partner with the Office of Student Engagement in providing direct support and coordination of multicultural student organizations. Within the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI), this position will have a particular focus on supporting students of color by identifying and addressing barriers to their success, and carrying out efforts to support them |

The Digital Engagement Specialist writes, edits and manages content for Kenyon’s Alumni Instagram account and assists with digital strategies for event promotion and fundraising.
Reporting to the Director of Advancement Communications and Strategy, the qualified candidate will contribute to the goals and strategies of the Alumni and Parent Engagement and Annual Giving offices, translating the personal outreach of these teams to the digital landscape.

Parent Giving and Engagement Officer

| Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to serve in the newly created position of Parent Giving and Engagement Officer. This is a full time position with option for hybrid remote work schedule. Salary will be commensurate with experience and a generous benefits package is available.
The Parent Giving and Engagement Officer will report to the Director of Parent Giving and Engagement and implement strategies that help secure leadership-level gifts in support of the annual fund and major gift programs. The role will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of prospective donors and will work to engage, identify, qualify and solicit new prospective donors, including current parents and family members of Kenyon students and alumni.
In addition, this role will be highly collaborative and work with colleagues across the Advancement Division on the preparation, segmentation and mailing of annual giving appeals and manage the leadership annual giving program for the Parents Fund, as well as Family Weekend and summer welcome receptions for engagement. This role will also support the Director with the Kenyon Parents Council. |

A member of the President’s division, the Civil Rights/Title IX Deputy Coordinator reports to the Civil Rights/Title IX Coordinator. The Deputy Coordinator has expertise in cultural competency and can demonstrate familiarity with, and respect for, diverse racial, ethnic, cultural identities and gender identities. Under the general direction of the Head Football Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III football program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Intern Football Coach will work in conjunction with the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching a position, recruiting, video and/or social media coordinator duties, and all other duties assigned by the head coach.
