Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Tennis Coach. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. The Head Women’s Tennis Coach is responsible for leading an NCAA D-III Head Women’s Tennis Program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. Head Women’s Golf Coach / Club Sports Coordinator Gambier, OH
Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Golf Coach / Club Sports Coordinator. This is a full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Athletics, this coach will take on the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Women’s Golf program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Head Women’s Golf Coach will work to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes, scheduling practices and competitions, and recruiting. The head coach is responsible for the organization, maintenance and comprehensive planning for the women’s golf program. As Coordinator of Club Sports, the coach will oversee the management of the College’s numerous Club Sports teams, ensuring adherence to campus policies and assisting with such processes as budget requests, safety protocols, and roster management. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration. Assistant Director for Student and Young Alumni Giving Gambier, OH
The Assistant Director for Student and Young Alumni Giving will help develop and be primarily responsible for executing the Advancement division’s strategy as it relates to young alumni and student philanthropy. In cooperation with partners across the division and the College, this role is responsible for guiding the process by which students and young alumni learn about the importance of giving back to Kenyon and the impact their giving has on the life of the College. Within the Advancement Division, this position's primary responsibilities are managing Student philanthropy efforts, supervising our student calling/outreach program, and overseeing the Senior Class Challenge, our senior class gift initiative. Within the first year, the successful candidate will oversee the transition of the College’s student call center into a student ambassador program that will support the Advancement division through fundraising and engagement as well as conduct student philanthropy education. Through the Senior Class Challenge the Assistant Director will work alongside the current senior class to set fundraising goals and create engagement opportunities throughout their final year at Kenyon. The successful candidate will join the Advancement young alumni team, which works collaboratively with other colleagues in the division to create programming, social media content, and messaging geared toward alumni of the last decade for engagement and fundraising purposes. The ideal candidate will become fluent in the software platforms that are specific to the day-to-day operation of the Advancement division (Slate, VanillaSoft, GiveCampus), have an interest in data analytics as pertains to student and young alumni giving trends, and be excited to work in a flexible, hybrid work environment with amazing co-workers.

Under the general direction of the Head Football Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III football program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, this assistant position will work with the defensive coordinator to facilitate this process. This position may also serve as the Special Teams Coordinator and/or Director of Operations, responsible for managing all duties related to the coordination of travel. Additional departmental responsibilities will be assigned in game management, teaching, and / or administration.
Kokosing Nature Preserve Green Burial Coordinator Gambier, OH
Kokosing Nature Preserve (KNP) seeks an independent and goal-oriented individual with a high level of emotional intelligence to serve in a part-time capacity to lead the day to day activities of the natural burial cemetery. This position will report to the Philander Chase Conservancy (PCC) Director and under the oversight of the KNP Board of Directors. The Green Burial Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the operations of the conservation burial ground, including marketing, sales, record keeping, licensing, and interment services as well as land management. Associate Director, Student Accessibility and Support Services Gambier, OH

This is a full-time, 12-month, administrative position reporting to the Director of the Office of Student Accessibility and Support Services. Associate Director of Health Services Gambier, OH
Kenyon College seeks a qualified candidate to fill the position of Associate Director of Health Services. This role leads a dynamic team of administrative and clinical staff including front desk, staff nurses, advanced practice providers and collaborating physicians to achieve the mission of the Cox Health & Counseling Center: Providing compassionate care and empowering students to best manage their own health in preparation for life after Kenyon. This twelve-month role is primarily administrative and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of student health services for a diverse population. The Associate Director will establish benchmarks of successful student care, develop policies with our providers to ensure best practices of health care are being used in our student care model, coordinate immunization compliance activities with Cox Center & campus partners, intentionally build bridges with community medical providers, and participate in various campus committees. This position reports to the Senior Director of Wellness and serves on the Cox Center leadership team. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have at least three years of experience in an administrative role with BSN degree (MSN preferred), with an ability to maintain a current license with the Ohio Board of Nursing. An appreciation of college student needs, demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity/experience with diverse gender identities and sexual orientations and ability to shepherd the delivery of heath services to a residential student body.
