The role is responsible for any Commercial and/or Estimating related tasks a Business Unit within the Group may require, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF minimizing financial risk, maximizing financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute. This will be a shared resource within CIMIC Group.
The role drives the development and implementation of quality, environmental and sustainability programs while providing expert governance, assurance, and guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and corporate requirements.

Manage and oversee the daily administrative operation of the project and the on-site offices
Assist in the construction site planning progress and schedule.
Site based QS role to support day-to-day commercial operations at project.
Provide onsite engineering support during the construction phase, propose construction methods for various site activities.
Onsite coordination and supervision to tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation.
Assist in overall project planning and co-ordination.
Site based role as MEP Commercial Manager to analyse project revenues and direct/indirect costs against forecasts on an on-going basic.
