Duties & Responsibilities:

The role is responsible to manage effective remuneration and benefits management, advice and administration with the objective of ensuring the Company’s Remuneration & Benefit strategies for all levels of staff are forward thinking, and its reward structures are market competitive and consistent across the region.

  • Manage and maintain remuneration system process and strategies for key executive staff in order to ensure their development and retention in the organization
  • Manage the integrity of the job grading and salary structures in order to ensure they remain competitive and consistent across the region
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus process across all divisions in order to ensure it is conducted in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Guide team to facilitate a compensation and benefits benchmarking exercise for each country; Advise team regarding benchmarking aspects such as the comparator basket, compensation anchors, job matching, etc.
  • Employee are rewarded competitively and adherence to Internal Remuneration policies
  • Manage and monitor Health benefit program including its procedure, process and implementation creates optimum hospitality to employee
  • Proactively collaborate, guide and mentor team members to achieve performance and development goals.


  • Degree in Human Resource management, Accounting or other relevant area
  • 5+ years relevant working experience
  • Experience with compensation and benefits management / consulting in multinational company
  • In depth experience compensation and benefits analysis and salary review
  • Experience working in construction is preferred
  • Good communication skills, analytical skills and project management skills
  • Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advance knowledge of learning concepts, Advance knowledge of relevant employee tax regulations
  • Advance knowledge of job evaluation techniques, job grading analysis
