Responsibilities:

  • Assist Department Head to plan, develop and implement comprehensive and effective branding and communications strategies, supporting internal and external communications initiatives across Leighton Asia at a group and regional level
  • Draft content and manage the calendar for social media, website, intranet and media release, ensuring company news is published in a timely manner and enhancing brand awareness at a regional level
  • Plan and develop compelling corporate and marketing collaterals including but not limited to brochures, advertisement, posters and presentations, video.
  • Work closely with in-house graphic design team to create appealing visual content for corporate publications and communications materials, in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Draft and develop tailor-made messages and statement for the management team, in alignment with business strategies to facilitate internal communications.
  • Organise and follow through the planning, execution and logistic arrangements of company events

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on and solid experience in corporate communications or marketing communications, preferably from MNC or sizable organisations 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communications, project management skills
  • Proactive, organised, high attention to details and with can do attitude
  • Able to work with diverse stakeholders and work independently 
  • Effective time management skills under tight timeline
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese world processing;
  • Experience in social media platform management and digital tools is highly preferred
  • Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Senior Communications Officer
