Job Duties
- Complete application updates / upgrades inline with best practice and supplier update / upgrade schedules.
- Participate in identifying the root cause analysis of repeating problems and escalate to the responsible party for recovery and future prevention.
- Monitor incident/query resolution where necessary and ensure appropriate escalation actions are taken.
- Ensure that all operational documentation required to ensure proper routine administration including application architecture is up-to date and that disaster recovery documentation is complete.
- Manage escalation of all calls raised to 3rd party suppliers for 3rd line support.
- Maintain all IT systems and services inline with Leighton Asia’s security policy and current IT industry best-practice i.e. can only be accessed by appropriately authorised individuals.
- Review audit trails as required and report any security incidents.
- Ensure that information and systems information are protected from any access by unauthorised staff or any other third party.
- Ensure the effective continuity of Leighton Asia’s business by participating in disaster recovery planning.
- Participate in backup and recovery testing ensuring systems can be recovered in the event of major incident.
Job Requirements

Vocational Course or Certificate/Degree holder majoring in Computer Studies (or equivalent)

Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
-
10+ years software development and support including development methodologies, version control and configuration management

3+ years .NET, ASP, HTML, XML and Web Server Technology
-
2+ years Crystal Reports
-
Experience in managing 3rd party provide
-
Experience in operating IT in a medium-large multi-national corporation
-
Experience in a dynamic and changing environment.
