Job description:
An exciting opportunity exists for an Injury Management professional to play a critical role in shaping the Injury Management Strategy at the Department of Justice and drive continuous improvement in injury outcomes in a complex and dynamic work environment. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Safety and Injury Management, in the Safety and Injury Management Team in HR, the Manager, Injury Management will have key oversight for the effective and efficient management of the Department of Justice Injury Management Program, workers’ compensation claims, injury management and return to work systems, as well as contributing to complex case management more generally. The position leads and manages a small team in the provision of injury management services and proactively identify, develop, coordinate, and implement a range of injury management strategies that contribute towards a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across the Department of Justice.
