The Associate Dean will lead CLAS initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA) and provide the vision and action to establish CLAS as a leader in equity at the university. The AD will spearhead equity and inclusion initiatives around student success and support, pedagogy and curriculum, faculty and staff hiring, mentoring and professional development, and College structures and processes.
