Assistant Professor- Liberal Studies (Brooks College of Interdisciplinary Studies) Allendale
The Liberal Studies Department at Grand Valley State University invites applications for an assistant professor with research specialization in the study of iconography, semiotics, and/or narrative to start August 6, 2019. Work that connects experiences of individuals/groups within the United States to broader regional/global perspectives, including transnational, diasporic, and comparative work, is particularly welcomed. The Acquisitions & Electronic Resources Librarian will provide strategic direction and leadership around the processes and purchase of library materials and the support and maintenance of electronic resources. This is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure-track renewable position. We are seeking someone to teach anatomy and/or physiology undergraduate courses. Affiliate faculty teach between 12 to 15 contact hours per semester, often a mixture of laboratory and lecture courses. Assistant Professor - Spanish (College of Liberal Arts and Sciences) Allendale
