Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, who will be responsible for actively assisting with marketing Jenolan Caves to its target markets through the Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust website, promotional publications, advertising and promotional media content.

 

  • Temporary full time role up to June 2026
  • Located at Oberon, 2.5 hours from Sydney
  • Package includes base salary of $97,027.00 to $107,059.00, plus employer's contribution to superannuation

About the role

 

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our success by crafting and assisting with targeted and responsive consumer marketing activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing integrated engagement campaigns across a diverse array of digital and offline channels. You'll be a key player in our quest for excellence, supporting the analysis and reporting of marketing performance across all channels.

You will help shape our digital marketing strategies, managing web content, and orchestrating our social media presence. You'll be at the forefront of our online initiatives, leveraging the power of web, online media, social media, search marketing, CRM, and marketing automation to drive success. In this exciting position, you'll source and schedule content for our social media platforms, collaborate with various teams, and ensure our website remains cutting-edge and high performing. Plus, your analytical skills will shine as you assess marketing activity and performance across diverse platforms, always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance our impact.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A relevant degree / tertiary qualification in marketing, campaigns or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer marketing and campaigns to improve customer engagement and achieve set business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in the tourism industry including accommodation, attractions and tours knowledge.
  • Ability to be flexible in working hours and regular days of work and may be required to work some weekends.

The Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust is responsible for the care, control & management of the Jenolan Visitor Use and Services Zone. This is regarded as being both environmentally and culturally significant. The Visitor Use and Services Zone includes, but is not restricted to, Caves House, retail areas, kitchen areas, front office, staff and guest accommodation, walking tracks, maintenance areas and the Caves System.
