  • NSW Office located in Parramatta and Sydney CBD with flexible working supported
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 plus super (Clerk Grade 9/10)

The role

As a Senior Advisor, Transformation & Change, you will provide specialist change management advice and support the delivery of transformation, reform and business improvement initiatives across the department. You will develop and implement change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies; assess change impacts, stakeholder needs and organisational readiness; and facilitate workshops and engagement activities that build understanding and commitment. Partnering with leaders, you will provide trusted advice, monitor adoption outcomes, and address risks and barriers to help the organisation prepare for, adopt and sustain meaningful change.

 

This is a rare opportunity to work across a diverse range of transformation challenges within one organisation.

Working with senior leaders, you will contribute to enterprise-wide change initiatives and gain broad experience typically developed across multiple transformation programs or consulting engagements. Joining DPHI’s newly established enterprise Transformation Management Office, you will help shape its direction, influence organisational outcomes and deliver change that lasts.

What you'll bring

  • Experience delivering transformation, organisational change or business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing change management approaches and plans
  • Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

 

Essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience.
