Responsibilities:
- Handle all team operation issues including HR, sales strategy and training to support team and branch insurance sales activities
- Expertise in insurance products, market activities and complaint handling
- Perform clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 5 year working experience, including 3 years working experiences in banking sector
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in both written and verbal communication
- Good communication skill, can work independently and work under high pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Strategy Manager
