Mutual of Omaha's Workplace Solutions division is building its quality program from the ground up and we need a technically sharp, collaborative QA engineer to help lead that charge.
This isn't a role where you inherit someone else's framework and maintain it. You'll be working across 20 engineering teams, assessing where they are, prioritizing who to engage first, and helping them build real automation capability that sticks. Think enablement over execution — teaching teams how to fish, not doing it for them.
You'll work with a modern stack (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Karate, Postman | Java/JavaScript) across microservices, legacy systems, and AWS environments. You'll partner with BAs, engineers, and architects, and have direct influence on QA strategy at a program level.
