About the Role
The Defence School Mentor supports the well-being and academic success of students from Defence families. This role is essential in building strong connections with students, parents, and staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment. The Defence School Mentor develops and delivers programs that assist students in managing the challenges of relocation and parental absence due to service commitments. Through guidance, advocacy, and access to community resources, this role ensures that Defence families feel welcomed, supported, and engaged in our school community.
