At our Customer Care Centre, we’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist who brings a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
As the go-to support in our Customer Care Centre, you’ll play a vital role in resolving enquiries with professionalism and care — helping our operations run smoothly while ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
With over 5.4 million customer interactions handled last year — across Parking, Gift Cards & Customer Support — this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a large scale, in a fast-paced call centre environment. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of customer queries and business functions, opening strong pathways for development and career growth.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Supporting customers with their enquiries across multiple touchpoints, including parking intercom calls and gift card enquiries.
- Staying calm, patient, and empathetic while managing high volumes of calls in a fast-paced setting.
- Completing behind-the-scenes administrative tasks to help deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Partnering with other teams to find the right solutions and ensure customers feel heard and valued.
- Managing day-to-day call centre operations while maintaining and achieving agreed business deliverables.
We have 3 permanent part-time positions available with the following shifts:
- Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00am – 12:00pm (25 hrs/week)
- Wednesday to Saturday, 11:00am – 6:30pm (28 hrs/week)
- Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00pm – 7:00pm; Thursdays 12:00pm – 8:00pm (28 hrs/week)
