Join our Employee Support team as a Mail Room Assistant, supporting the Print and Delivery Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering timely mail and print services that support teams across the organisation. From handling confidential materials to liaising with courier providers, your work helps us stay connected and responsive to our customers’ needs. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail across the organisation
- Completing print jobs including business cards, binding, board papers, and ad hoc reports.
- Maintaining utility rooms and ensuring stock levels are consistently replenished.
- Monitoring and restocking printer supplies and coordinating with service providers as needed.
- Liaising with courier companies for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Shredding confidential documents with urgency and discretion.
- Safely lifting and handling boxes weighing up to 18kgs.
This is a casual role, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual who takes pride in providing excellent internal service. Ideally, you’ll have experience in office operations, print services, or customer service, and you’re comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
