Are you friendly, proactive, and love helping people? We’re looking for energetic team players to be the face of our car park experience at Westfield Coomera.
As a Car Park Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, stress-free visit for our customers – from the moment they arrive. You’ll assist with parking, ensure everything runs safely and efficiently, and help keep the space looking great. Every interaction is a chance to make someone’s day and leave a positive impression that brings them back again.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their experience.
- Managing traffic flow and directing vehicles to ensure a smooth parking experience, especially during peak times or capacity issues.
- Conducting routine patrols to ensure the car park remains clean, well-lit, and organised.
- Assisting customers and retailers with parking inquiries, providing clear guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

- Confidence in working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or car park services.
- Hold a valid driver’s license (Full or Provisional license acceptable).
