At Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, we’re seeking a Concierge Attendant who is dedicated to providing outstanding service and enhancing every customer’s visit.

As the friendly face of our centre, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
• Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
• Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.
• Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
• Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.

This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual who thrives on providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences.

• Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude and the ability to provide helpful and efficient customer service.
• Ability to actively listen, think on your feet and resolve customer issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hotel, retail, or guest services.
• Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
