As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of construction projects—managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement from concept to completion. Your work will directly contribute to creating exceptional spaces for our customers and retail partners. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing end-to-end project delivery including programming, budgeting, and subcontractor engagement.
- Reviewing and managing design documentation and RFIs to ensure buildability and compliance.
- Conducting site inspections and WHS observations, ensuring all works meet safety standards.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align project deliverables and timelines.
- Administering contracts and managing procurement in line with company policies and procedures.
This role is permanent, full-time based out of the Scentre Group Support Office in Sydney CBD.
What sets you apart
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in retail construction, facilities management, or contract administration. Ideally, you will hold a degree in Construction, Project Management or Engineering, and have 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

- Commercially minded with strong project coordination and contract administration skills
- A clear communicator who can build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Strategic in your planning and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on safety and quality in every aspect of project delivery
