Reporting directly to the Campus Recreation leadership team, this position provides high-level administrative direction, operational oversight, and creative vision for the Club Sports department’s media landscape. The Assistant Director is responsible for directing comprehensive live broadcast productions, designing multi-platform digital marketing strategies, and spearheading program-wide student-athlete recruitment operations. By building collaborative partnerships across campus and establishing high-quality production standards, the Assistant Director plays a vital role in expanding the reach, visibility, and brand equity of RMU Club Sports.
Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement	University Advancement	Moon Campus
The Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement is a key leader within University Advancement responsible for planning, executing, and measuring a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy while actively expanding donor stewardship and cultivation initiatives. This role builds meaningful connections with RMU alumni, strengthens the donor pipeline, and stewards positive relationships with top philanthropic prospects and contributors to advance the University’s mission.
Guest Services Supervisor	Guest Services	Island Sports Center
The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for meeting and exceeding the needs of the customers at the Island Sports Center (ISC). The Guest Services Supervisor oversees a department that is the main contact point for guest relations and interactions. In addition, the Guest Services Supervisor provides departmental assistance to other ISC and university departments.
