The Therapist, reporting to the Director of the Counseling Center, is responsible for providing individual and group counseling to students and conducting crisis assessment and intervention. This includes making appropriate referrals to additional resources and offering consultation to faculty, staff, students, and parents. This role will also contribute to campus-wide wellness initiatives and serve in the on-call crisis rotation, as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will hold strong ethics regarding client confidentiality, serve as a generalist to help students who present with a wide range of clinical presentations, and understand the importance of being flexible to best serve the campus community. The Robert Morris University Counseling Center is committed to addressing the mental health needs of students via clinical services and psychoeducational programming, in order to increase resilience and help students to develop strategies for success. The Counseling Center will be a strategic partner with Robert Morris University departments, offices, and student organizations to provide a holistic and complete experience that honors all students. HVAC Lead Supervisor Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. This position will oversee, and/or perform all work on university HVAC systems including the Island Sports Center. Primary expertise will be in troubleshooting various types of HVAC related equipment, performing and/or directing other employees on preventative maintenance, repairs and new installations. Will act as lead on all Robert Morris University HVAC installations and preventative maintenance plans. Will act as lead on all boiler preventative maintenance and will direct and/or perform all necessary repairs to hot water boilers. Will work with outside vendors on any HVAC related repairs, including building automation vendors. This position ensures that all HVAC systems are properly maintained and in proper operating condition for all Robert Morris University properties. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings.
Head Coach, Men's Club Basketball Campus Recreation Moon Campus

Reporting to the Campus Recreation leadership team, the Head Coach for Club Basketball will oversee all aspects of the University’s competitive club basketball program, including planning and conducting practices, game strategy, player development, recruitment, budget management, travel coordination, academic monitoring, compliance, and supervision of team support staff. The Head Coach is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting student-athlete well-being and academic success, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary. The Head Coach will play a vital role in developing content and promotional strategies that elevate the team brand and enhance visibility across campus and beyond. This role includes collaboration with Campus Recreation administrators to plan home events, away contests, and ensure compliance with RMU Club Sports policies and NCBBA league requirements. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in coaching or playing at the high school or collegiate level, as well as a strong understanding of player development, team management, and athlete recruitment. Familiarity with the college athletic recruitment process, including player evaluation and outreach, is essential. This position requires availability for all scheduled practices and competitions, including nights and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to off-campus games. Strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to student-athlete welfare and academic success, and adherence to University and NCBBA regulations are critical.
