Career Center Coordinator Career and Professional Development Center Moon Campus
The Career Center Coordinator supports the leadership of the Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) and the Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations and Strategic Initiatives in fulfilling the Center’s mission of developing strategic partnerships with employers to fulfill their talent acquisition needs and in creating innovative employment, internship and other professional development opportunities for the University’s career-ready students. The Coordinator administers the Academic Internship Program (AIP) and other career development educational initiatives, and maintains the Center’s online registration, job posting, on-campus recruiting, and event management system. This position assists in the planning, organizing and execution of all on-campus and remote recruiting activities for employers including career fairs, campus visits, and workshops. Maintaining strong relationships with employers, corporate partners, students and internal departments is essential. Also the position provides the overall administrative support for the CPDC including regular office duties, coordination of the office’s student workers, compiling of all statistical information for required reporting, and other duties as needed.
Development Officer, Corporate Relations Development Moon Campus
The Development Officer, Corporate Relations is responsible for collaborating with the Director of Corporate Development in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding alumni, friends, and corporate partners for the purpose of increasing philanthropic support. The Development Officer, Corporate Relations will be an energetic and entrepreneurial colleague who has an understanding of, passion for the mission of the university and its future.
Success Coach, Research, Retention, and Assessment Center For Student Success and Personal Development Moon Campus
The Success Coach, Research, Retention and Assessment conducts and collects complex research, identifies potential programs where the University could fill a niche, and stays abreast of Student Success conditions and changes. This position will assist the University to improve retention and graduation rates by understanding metrics and recommending retention strategies to support students at risk of not persisting. Additionally, the Success Coach, Research, Retention and Assessment assists students receiving the Pittsburgh Promise Scholarship to ensure their academic and social matriculation through graduation. This position is funded through a grant. Continuation of this position is dependent upon extension of grant funding.
Web Designer Marketing and Public Relations Moon Campus
The Web Designer will play a critical role in the ongoing evolution of all aspects of Robert Morris University's digital presence. Under the supervision of the Associate Director for Digital Strategy, duties will include supporting ongoing evolution of the RMU website in terms of user interface, content strategy, and graphic design, along with tracking and measurement of user behavior to continue to optimize the user experience and digital advertising performance. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to continuously update and enhance web content, and design and develop content for new initiatives and opportunities on an ongoing basis. The candidate also needs to have a technical understanding of the underlying platforms and tools used to build, maintain, and measure the performance of all RMU digital properties.
Assistant Coach, Men's/Women's Cross Country and Women's Track and Field Women's Track and Field Moon Campus
Robert Morris University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Horizon League, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of assistant men’s/women's cross country and assistant women’s indoor/outdoor track and field (distance running) coach. Duties and responsibilities include planning and coaching practices, instructing student-athletes in sport performance and related health and fitness, assisting with recruiting, and scouting, assisting with monitoring student-athletes academic needs, and other administrative duties. Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the intercollegiate men’s cross country and intercollegiate women’s track and field guidelines, rules and regulations of Robert Morris University, the Horizon League, and the NCAA.
