Women's Hockey Operations Coordinator Women's Hockey Island Sports Center
Responsible for the management of all equipment and apparel purchases and game set-up for the women’s hockey program. Works with vendors, coaches and students. Maintains athletic equipment, including repair and upkeep within the guidelines, rules and regulations of Robert Morris University and the NCAA. This position requires responsibilities with team travel which may include hotel, buses, airplane and team meal reservations. This position may also include duties with video editing and video editing systems (such as XOS). Duties will be expanded as required and will be adjusted based on incumbent’s strengths and weaknesses.
Head Coach, ESports Campus Recreation Moon Campus
The Esports Head Coach will manage all aspects of the Esports program, including, but not limited to, planning practices, game/event preparation, in-game coaching, recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, possible team travel, academic monitoring, fundraising, and general supervision of student-athletes. Must have applicable experience with the game League of Legends, in-depth experience of Hearthstone and Rocket League an added bonus. Preference will be given to applicants who will be able to be on campus frequently to help coach student-athletes in person. Flexible work hours, including nights and weekends may be necessary. Occasionally may need to travel on behalf of the University.
Manager, International Student Programming and Support Services Center for Global Engagement Moon Campus
This position manages RMU’s international student programming and support services for F-1 and J-1 visa holders in the Center for Global Engagement and monitors RMU's compliance with USCIS regulations and immigration advising. This position is the main sponsored program contact. This position supports the CGE Director in campus internationalization/Global Perspective efforts. This position may need to work a varied schedule to include evenings and/or weekends as required.

The Student Media Advisor is primarily responsible for preparing students for diverse professional fields including broadcast radio and television; print or magazine journalism; or as social media content creators, editors and managers. The advisor serves as the technical trainer and mentor to student managers, editors, and journalists in news, sports, and arts and entertainment. The advisor also assists with content development and delivery across diverse web and broadcast platforms. The advisor works with faculty and students to manage content standards, ethical practice, recruitment, and community engagement. This is a Part-time, non-benefit eligible position limited to no more than 950 hours in a calendar year.

Access Services Specialist University Library Moon Campus
Under the supervision of the University Library Dean, the Access Services Specialist oversees the day-to-day operations of the functional areas within the Access Services division. With overall responsibility and accountability for providing planning and direction to several foundational areas within the department, with particular emphasis on ensuring quality service for library users, the Access Services Specialist participates in the development, recommendation, and administration of Access Services’ policies, procedures, and processes. This position supervises full- and part-time staff members as well as Circulation Student Assistants.
