Graphic Designer, Athletics Brand Department Moon Campus
The Graphic Designer for Athletics is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual identity of our athletic programs. Reporting to the RMU Brand Department but housed within the RMU Department of Athletics, this position will serve as a creative liaison between the departments, ensuring that all materials reflect a consistent brand experience across the university. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging game day graphics, social media visuals, fundraising materials, fan giveaways, presentations, department email newsletters, advertising, brand installations in athletics facilities, and other communications that effectively showcase our student athletics and our athletic achievements while fostering a sense of pride and unity. This position offers a unique opportunity to merge creativity and athletic passion as we strive to bring our brand to life across various platforms and engage our community.
Maintenance Worker II Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management. Primary expertise shall include maintenance and repair related to all aspects of campus facilities and areas. This position also requires basic experience regarding HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position should be proficient in a variety of basic skills/trades including: carpentry, tile setting, drywall and plaster repair, window and door installation and repair, welding and brazing. This position ensures that buildings are maintained in proper operating condition. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during University closings.
Clinical Placement and Compliance Specialist Nursing Moon Campus
The Clinical Placement and Compliance Specialist will report to the Department Head of Nursing with responsibilities in the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. In collaboration with the Department of Nursing (DON) Administration, the candidate will cultivate and sustain effective relationships with clinical affiliates in an effort to secure sufficient high-quality clinical sites and preceptors to support the outcomes of the nursing programs. This position will also ensure RMU DON complies with all mandatory regulations and requirements outlined in the clinical affiliation agreements.

Simulation Education Specialist RISE Center Moon Campus
Under the direction of the Simulation Center Director, the incumbent will be responsible for educational and technical aspects of the (RISE) Center. Responsibilities include: conducts and debriefs simulations; adhering to the International Nursing Association of Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL) Standards in the performance of simulation duties; maintain Simulation Center as a clean, safe, and operational facility and optimal learning environment; sets up and cleans up rooms for training sessions and meetings; participates in simulation team meetings; provides an appropriate orientation to simulator features and the simulated learning environment before each scenario; provides evaluation forms for users to complete; maintains currency in simulation literature; solicits instructor and student feedback following simulation experiences to analyze the impact of simulation on the learning process; maintains data confidentiality and security; develops a professional working relationship with administrators, professionals, and the RISE simulation team; ensures that all work assignments meet deadlines and standards of quality; performs other related duties as assigned. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position limited to 950 hours per calendar year.

Area Coordinator Office of Residence Life Moon Campus
Under supervision from the Director of the Office of Residence Life, The Area Coordinators for the Office of Residence Life are responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Residence Life Program. The position will take leadership and management responsibility for staff development and residential education. The Area Coordinator provides ongoing supervision to para-professional staff in management of an assigned residential community. Additionally, this position assists the Director in the daily management of the overall Residence Life program. This is a live-in, on-campus twelve (12) month, full-time position.
Literacy Tutor, Structured Literacy Education Moon Campus
The Structured Literacy Tutor will work directly with children in grades K-12 that are referred to the Center for reading and/or writing tutoring. The Tutor will conduct screenings on all incoming students to determine instructional needs, plan developmentally appropriate instruction based on data, conduct progress monitoring, communicate with parents, and administer all post assessments with clients. The Tutor is responsible for all parent communication and preparation of materials associated with tutoring sessions. The Tutor will keep accurate and timely time sheets and attendance records. Frequent meetings with the Coordinator of the Center will be essential to ensure all students are being serviced properly. This position is funded by non-university funds. Position continuation is contingent upon grant renewal or procurement of additional funding sources. This is a part-time position and not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.
