This position focuses on P-12 veterinary and STEM education programming and includes oversight of programming at our PAWS Farm Educational Center and all other externally delivered community- based educational programs. The Assistant Director of Testing Services is the leader of a multifaceted and evolving Testing Center and associated processes as the mission and services of the Testing Center expand. This professional will coordinate all activity of the Testing Center; expand the mission and services of the Testing Center to include offering additional tests to both Rowan students and the public as staffing and space permit; organize and promote alternative credit-earning opportunities to assist Rowan students with timely degree completion; oversee administration of placement testing requirements; administer the Inspiroscan system for students and faculty; ensure compliance with ADA requirements for assessment for students with disabilities; and provide a high level of responsiveness and service to students, faculty, staff, and academic leadership. This position requires a high level of energy, autonomy, initiative, ability, and willingness to learn; excellent leadership, organizational and communication abilities; and an entrepreneurial and innovative approach. The Assistant Director will report to the Senior Director of Accessibility Services and directly supervises numerous part-time employees and student staff members.
