Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive data analysis strategy to assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and programs.
• Developing robust data models and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices.
• Identifying and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the analytical capabilities of the university.

To excel in this role, you must possess:
• Master's degree in Education, assessment, statistics, or a related field; Doctorate Degree is preferred. 
• Three to five years of related work experience in data analysis, educational assessment, or a related analytical role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.

This position is a Grade: 11 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $81,450-$99,080. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
