This position is a Grade: 11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $81,450-$99,080 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Design, create, maintain, and support web-based Amazon AppStream environments which provide academic and administrative software for the LU campus community.
• Design and implement efficient methods for deploying, configuring, monitoring, and managing LTS Computer Labs and LTS Classroom Instructor Stations.
• Determine appropriate packaging methodologies for various types of software.
• Design and implement efficient methods for provisioning Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh workstations.
•  Become familiar with the computing needs of clients by providing direct end-user support, consultation, and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Sciences, Instructional Technology, Communications, Engineering, a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of system administration, security protocols, and software deployment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
