Lehigh University is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Library and Technology Services (LTS) department as a Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cross-functional, collaborative team that plays a vital role in supporting the educational and research missions of the College of Education and the College of Arts and Sciences.

In this crucial role, you will provide supervision and direction to the LTS client team, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of expert and technology-intensive information services. Working closely with librarians, computing professionals, and instructional technology experts, you will plan, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of faculty, staff, students, and other users.

Position Number: S87070

This position is a Grade: 11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $82,670-$100,570 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team, driving the successful delivery of library and technology support for the College of Education (COE), College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), faculty, staff, and students.
• Delivers high-quality technology consulting, troubleshooting, and support services to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring seamless technology use and system functionality.
• Deliver training and create user-friendly documentation to promote secure and efficient technology use.
• Support the integration of cutting-edge technologies to meet evolving needs.
• Provide tailored support to the College of Education (COE) and College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) communities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Sciences, Instructional Technology, Communications, Engineering or a related degree; Master's Degree preferred
Five to eight years of related work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software, programming languages, and technologies.
• Experience in providing training and documentation for technical systems and applications.
