This full-time, nonexempt position within the Business Services department offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the university's brand protection and revenue-generating partnerships.

As the Licensing and Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Lehigh University's trademark and licensing office. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring brand integrity, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving marketing initiatives that enhance brand engagement across campus and with external stakeholders.

Position Number: S99280

This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $43,940-$52,740 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect the Lehigh brand by reviewing artwork submissions and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage licensee requests and support revenue generation through licensing programs.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the licensing agency and university departments to maximize brand visibility.
• Assist in planning and executing events at Farrington Square and The Lehigh Store to boost campus engagement.
• Assist in marketing and communication efforts for Auxiliary Services contracts, including The Lehigh Store, The Mail Center, Mountain Hawk Design and Print, University Surplus and Logistics, Licensing, and the Child Care Center.
• Support revenue-generating partnerships with DAR, OFYE, Athletics, and Farrington Square leaseholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of related work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
