Position Number: S77140

This position is a Grade: 6 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31,770 - $38,130 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

As the Transportation & Parking Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our vehicle fleet management, parking billing, access services, and the BikeShare program. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional clerical and administrative support across various operational areas
• Overseeing parking billing and payment processes with utmost accuracy
• Coordinating vehicle fleet management, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance
• Facilitating efficient access services for authorized personnel and visitors
• Promoting and administering the university's sustainable BikeShare program

This position demands a unique blend of qualifications, including:

• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three years of related work experience
• Proficiency in computer software applications
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
