Lehigh University seeks a dedicated Coordinator to join our vibrant Development and Alumni Relations department, where you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our global community of alumni and supporters.

Position Number: S75920

This position is a Grade: 7 - 35.7 with an approximate salary range of $36,640 - $43,980 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately update and maintain alumni and guest data in systems such as BANNER, Argos, and AlumnIQ/iModules.
• Manage payment processing and tracking, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions, ensuring proper coding and reconciliation in event systems.
• Oversee logistics for events, including preparation of materials (name tags, signage, place cards), shipment of supplies, and on-site event setup/teardown support.
• Manage event registration and guest communication, including assisting with sign-ups, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate guest lists.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, responding professionally and courteously to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Monitor and manage communication channels to provide timely and accurate information about event logistics, policies, and changes.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three years of related work experience
• Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
