Position Number: S85530
This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270 - $80,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships for the university with donors and prospective donors to secure financial support for university priorities
• Qualify donor prospects (assess capacity, project interests, and inclination)
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of assigned prospects to secure financial support for university priorities
• Plans, coordinates, and administers a comprehensive development program for a geographical region or constituent/project group (college, parents, athletics, international, etc.) as assigned
• Develop annual fundraising plans, identify potential donors, and assess feasibility on projects
• Serve as project manager to track fundraising progress, monitor pipeline, LYBUNT, SYBUNT, and new prospect activity
• Document activity with donors in timely manner (within 30 days)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Proven track record in major gift solicitation and closure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting relationships
• Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
• Proficiency in donor database management and CRM systems
