Join Lehigh University's dynamic College of Health as our Marketing and Communications Manager and shape the future of health education! This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate our college's visibility and drive student recruitment.

Position Number: S84510

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270 - $80,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the College of Health
• Lead a complete website redesign project and ongoing digital presence management
• Create and implement compelling brand messaging framework aligned with university standards
• Produce high-quality content for multiple platforms including social media, publications, and digital campaigns
• Support undergraduate and graduate student recruitment through targeted marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with college leadership, faculty, external partners, and university communications teams
• Manage marketing campaigns that promote academic programs, research achievements, and college identity
• Oversee both strategic planning and hands-on content creation and project management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
