Head Coach - Field Hockey
Join Lehigh University's Athletics Staff department as our Head Coach for Field Hockey and lead a program that embodies excellence both on and off the field. About the Opportunity
As Head Coach, you will provide comprehensive leadership across all program facets, from recruitment and student-athlete development to program administration and advancement. You'll work within the frameworks of Lehigh University, the Athletics Department, The Patriot League, and the NCAA to achieve mutually agreed upon results.
Position Number: S89040
This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $67,270-$81,830 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach, tutor, instruct, and mentor student-athletes and coaching staff members
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier student-athletes
- Develop comprehensive student-athlete support programs, including academic assistance
- Manage program administration and strategic advancement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with university, conference, and NCAA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
- Five to eight years of related work experience
- NCAA Certification required
- CPR/First-Aid Certification required
