Lehigh University's College of Education is shaping the next generation of educators, counselors, and school leaders. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll keep the College of Education's digital presence accurate, current, and engaging.

Position Number: S71150

This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $44,600- $53,530 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Executing web content updates and maintaining the COE website using the university's content management system (CMS)
  • Coordinating and scheduling social media content across the college's platforms, including drafting copy and sourcing imagery
  • Providing CMS guidance and hands-on support to faculty, staff, and departments across the college
  • Monitoring website analytics and preparing regular reports to inform content decisions
  • Assisting in the production of digital and print marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and event collateral
  • Supporting the planning and promotion of college events, open days, and recruitment campaigns
  • Coordinating photo and video asset management, ensuring materials are organized and accessible for ongoing use
  • Liaising with Lehigh's central marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all COE channels
  • Responding to internal requests for web and communications support, triaging and prioritizing tasks effectively

What You Bring

  • Associates or Vocational/Technical Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Information Technology, or a related field
  • One to three years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with a CMS platform (such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Strong written communication skills with a careful eye for accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines while working under general supervision
  • Experience in a higher education or similarly complex organizational environment is highly regarded
  • Comfort working collaboratively with faculty and professional staff who have varying levels of digital fluency
