As Administrative Coordinator, you’ll help keep Centennial School and its unique university-school partnership running smoothly while contributing to a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment for both students and staff. You’ll work alongside the faculty and staff who make Centennial a distinctive place to learn, work, and grow.

Position Number: S74530

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $37,190-$44,640 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating front office operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in line with institutional standards
  • Tracking and managing student attendance data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Supporting state and regulatory compliance processes and associated documentation
  • Assisting with school-wide administrative activities and operational initiatives
  • Ensuring accurate documentation across all administrative functions
  • Facilitating clear and timely communication between staff, families, and stakeholders
  • Providing day-to-day operational support to school leadership and faculty
  • Contributing to the efficient running of broader school administration as needs arise

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates or Vocational/Technical Degree preferred
  • Three to five years of work related experience
  • Experience in administrative coordination or office management, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation or regulatory reporting
  • Proficiency with office and records management software
  • An understanding of or genuine interest in the mission of Lehigh University's College of Education
