| Responsibilities: |
- Training: Receive comprehensive training on all steps of the QStart process to effectively assist incoming students.
- Video Participation: Participate in the creation of instructional videos for QStart, demonstrating various steps of the process.
- Email Communication: Send email reminders to students regarding incomplete steps within QStart, both before and after deadlines.
- Social Media Engagement: Create and post content on the first-year student Instagram account, providing updates and next steps for QStart.
- Support and Referral: Direct incoming students and their families to the appropriate offices for further assistance, share resources, and provide support to ensure all necessary steps for entry to QU are completed.

| Qualifications: |
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
|
| Hours of Position: |
This role will commence on March 15 and conclude on August 15. The team will meet weekly with the CXO and AVP of Student Experience to discuss trends, issues, and questions observed, prior to the weekly "Get Them Here" team meeting.
