Academic Records Specialist (Administrative Support Coordinator I) Chico
This position works independently with general supervision provided by the Administrative Analyst/Specialist I in the Records and Registration area. The Academic Records Specialist will review and process incoming requests related to the student academic record; compose correspondence and other documents; create and maintain files and electronic records; and serve as the primary contact for students, faculty, staff, and outside agencies to resolve issues related to the student record. Clinical Case Manager (Student Services Professional IV) Chico
Under general direction of the WellCat Counseling Center Clinical Director, the Clinical Case Manager supports the mission of WellCat Services (WCS) through the provision of a range of clinical services for students with a focus on early intervention and easing access to care. Clinical work will include integrated primary care behavioral health; same-day services; brief assessment; individual, couples, and group counseling; crisis intervention; outreach; case management; consultation; and prevention education.
