With work assignments provided by the Program Lead, the Program Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks associated with CPaGE programs. They will be responsible for building classes in relevant software systems, scheduling classes, answering program inquiries, resolving enrollment issues, communicating with instructors, and processing certificates. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. The Program Coordinator will address student issues and concerns, provide enrollment reports, and assist with enrollment documentation. They must exercise judgment in answering student inquiries and resolving student issues, recognizing problems and suggesting possible solutions. In addition, they may be asked to suggest changes and improvements to web content and marketing documents, and provide basic analytical analysis, including reconciling invoices and creating purchase requisitions.

The incumbent must maintain high work standards, produce error-free output, and exercise discretion and tact in dealing with highly confidential information. He/she is responsible for reviewing/auditing work to ensure integrity and must possess the ability to resolve data issues and make recommendations as to courses of action. The position will handle data formatting, data entry and in-depth review and analysis of annual philanthropic reports. The coordinator is expected to work cooperatively and effectively with administrators, other staff, donors, outside vendors, consultants and students. This position requires extreme attention to detail, follow through, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. The incumbent may assist with assigning tasks to student assistants, as required.
