Director of Financial Aid School of International and Public Affairs Morningside
Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, the Director of Financial Aid is responsible for administering SIPA's financial aid programs, managing the day-to-day operations of the Financial Aid Office, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and school and office policies and procedures. The office administers federal, state, private and institutional aid to over 1,300 students. This includes the processing of federal and private loans totaling over $14M annually. Columbia Primary Care at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CIUMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The Primary Care Nurse II will report directly to the Practice Manager or Director of Nursing, Columbia Primary Care. This ambulatory nursing position will serve as a key member of the patient care team to support the pediatric and/or adult populations we serve. The Primary Care Nurse II performs nursing duties consistent with NYS nursing scope of practice related to the support of the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned practice. These duties include, but are not limited to, medication/immunization administration, point of care testing (POCT), clinical information abstraction, maintenance of infection prevention and control procedures, and patient education that can be in person, via our patient portal, or by phone. This experienced RN will perform telephonic, electronic, and in person nursing assessments consistent with the NYS nursing scope of practice. The Primary Care Nurse II will also work on population health initiatives within Columbia Primary Care to address health care gaps and promote positive health outcomes for the patients of the assigned practice(s). The Primary Care Nurse II will work closely with multiple providers as well as other clinical and administrative staff to deliver an excellent patient experience that contributes to positive health outcomes for patients and a work culture of kindness, collaboration, integrity, accountability, and excellence.

They will facilitate equal access to the curriculum, campus facilities, and accessibility and accommodation services for programs and activities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, FERPA, and other federal and state laws pertaining to person with disabilities.
