Your every day:

  • Collaborate with functional process owners and SMEs to assess, review, and optimise key processes, ensuring alignment with operational needs and consistency in content, format, and presentation.
  • Facilitate planning and design workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements, focusing on business functions relating to operations.
  • Develop a framework for business improvement, including project documentation, business communications, and change management materials tailored to operational initiatives.
  • Manage the lifecycle of business initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support the transition to IT operations and business service teams, ensuring all handover documentation and procedures are covered for production transition.
  • Collaborate with various business functions to support their business analysis requirements.

About you

  • Min 5 years of experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on large, complex projects/programs.
  • Ability to create standard frameworks, processes, and prioritisation guidelines.
  • Comfortable with various project delivery methods (Agile etc).
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities within a cross-functional organisation.
  • Proven ability to develop concepts, design solutions, and shape projects.
  • Broad knowledge of multiple platforms
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
