About the Role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join our travel team. In this role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative support while assisting with basic accounting tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with consultants, suppliers, and management to ensure accurate records, efficient processes, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client files and internal databases.
  • Support the team with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Accounts Assistance

  • Process invoices, receipts, and supplier statements.
  • Reconcile payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and monthly account summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy of client billing and maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
  • Liaise with the accounts department to resolve discrepancies.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration; experience in travel or accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident with data entry and basic financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with travel booking systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
