About the Role
Getting our people home safely to their families every day is our top priority. As Safety Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role supporting the delivery of a major resource sector construction project in the Pilbara.
Working on a FIFO roster from Perth, you will provide visible leadership and operational direction to drive health, safety and environmental performance across the project. You will work closely with the Project Manager, client representatives and delivery teams to embed best practice safety systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
This role will see you leading and mentoring the site HSE team while influencing project leaders and frontline crews to achieve excellence in HSEQ performance.
