The Opportunity

Our Allied Health Department provides services to a broad range of clinical caseloads across the hospital including adult inpatients in the acute wards, rehabilitation, day programs and outpatients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dietitian to join our Allied Health Team at Baringa Private Hospital. The position primarily involves Dietetic assessment and management of medical and rehabilitation inpatients but may also include opportunities with acute surgical and outpatients.

This opportunity is for either a part-time or causal position.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a passion for patient care and delivering high standards of patient-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.

You will have:

• A tertiary degree in Dietetics
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge in Dietetics assessment and management of acute medical, surgical and rehabilitation patients
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated effective interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated excellent organisation and workload management skills
• Effectively provide assistance and support to the relevant Manager/s in the effective delivery of dietetic services within the Hospital
• Experience with complex cases is desirable

Requirements

Everyone who joins Ramsay:

• Must be have proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
