About the Role
Join our Private Rehabilitation Unit of 26 beds and play a crucial role in guiding patients toward recovery and independence.
This will involve, but is not limited to;
- Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care needs of patients
- Preparing, checking and administering medications in line with the registration standards, legislation and organisational policies
- Providing respectful and equitable treatment to all patients and staff, ensuring care is delivered professionally and promptly.
The flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster is essential for this role.
About You
The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse with 2 years minimum experience in an acute care setting
- IV Qualified
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care
- Ability to use initiative, self-motivation and work as a team member with supervision.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $31.32 - $33.65 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr4) [ FTE $61,896.62 - $66,492]
