Ramsay Health Care is seeking a highly organised and motivated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our national team on a 12-month contract to provide essential support across the graduate employee lifecycle. You will work closely with our Graduate Recruitment Lead to attract top clinical talent to our organisation and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our graduates, from application to onboarding and beyond.
Role Highlights:
- Work collaboratively with the Graduate Recruitment Lead to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and university partnerships, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Assist with the coordination of graduate recruitment campaigns, from advertising to onboarding.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and university career services teams.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for new graduates.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative or co-ordinator role, ideally within recruitment or HR.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PageUp of similar ATS is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a highly fast-paced environment.
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and working collaboratively
- A genuine interest in early careers recruitment.
