About the Role
Cairns Private Hospital is on the lookout for a highly skilled full-time Practice Manager to oversee all aspects of our bustling Specialist Consulting Suite. This diverse role offers opportunities for growth and variety.
About You
To excel in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience managing a medical practice. You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others, developing staff, and promoting a team culture focused on outstanding customer service and professionalism throughout the patient journey.
Your exceptional interpersonal skills make you a positive and effective team player, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your supportive and engaging leadership style. You are well-versed in the legislative requirements for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced with medical practice software.
Practice Management qualifications and experience in managing a multi-specialty practice are highly desirable.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
