About the Role
We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our 43-bed Medical/Surgical Ward. This unit provides specialised care for patients requiring ongoing medical management, recovery from surgical procedures, and day services including infusion and cytotoxic therapies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of clinical areas within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, and care planning.
• Assist with clinical procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, planning, and care coordination skills.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster.
• Committed to safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
