The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital. You will work alongside skilled emergency-trained doctors and a supportive team of experienced ED nurses to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.

This is a part-time opportunity (60 hours per fortnight) within a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.

Skills and Experience

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, coordination, and prioritisation skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Demonstrated leadership qualities within the Emergency Department (desirable)
• Resuscitation and triage experience (desirable)
• In-charge or Team Leader experience (desirable)
• ALS/PALS certification (desirable)

Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate of $37.75 - $53.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8).

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
