The Opportunity

You will be joining our friendly Administration Team providing a comprehensive customer focused services to the hospital. You will be responsible for effectively performing the administrative and reception duties as part of a team that works cooperatively sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer. You will provide a high level of customer service directly to our patients in greeting them and processing their initial paperwork. In this role you will report to General Administration Manager and work closely with a supportive team.

 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring:

  • Previous medical administration experience in healthcare setting desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously as part of a team where required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Managing appointments, records, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards

Requirements
