The Opportunity

We are seeking Experienced Endorsed Enrolled nurses to work in our Rehabilitation/Medical ward. You will be confident with managing own patient load, medicating, ADL's, admission and discharge process, documentation and escalation of care process.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant registration with AHPRA as Enrolled Nurse
  • Minimum two (1) years in a hospital based postgraduate role
  • Previous experience working in rehabilitation or medical ward
  • Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient desirable
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster

 

Remuneration: 

On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $33.95 - $36.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements

  • Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
