Join a dedicated and compassionate team delivering exceptional care across Oncology, Haematology, and Palliative Care at Pindara Private Hospital. We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

 

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Oncology Unit, specialising in Oncology, Haematology, and Palliative Care. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within an inpatient setting, supporting patients through cancer treatment, palliative care, and complex conditions.

While experience in Oncology or Haematology is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from acute-care clinicians who are eager to develop their skills in this specialised and rewarding field. You will be supported by a strong multidisciplinary team, with access to ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Monitor and assess patients, responding promptly to clinical changes.
  • Assist with procedures and care planning.
  • Educate and support patients and their families throughout treatment.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • A passion for delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in oncology and haematology.
  • Competence in chemotherapy administration and cannulation (preferred but not essential).
