About The Role
We are now recruiting for an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Beleura Private Hospital. In this role, you will be joining the dedicated team on our Rehabilitation ward.
The successful candidate will have management aspirations, or prior experience, to step into a key leadership role.
You will be able to work collaboratively and consult with doctors to ensure that best practice and patient outcomes are achieved.
In the ANUM role you will report to and assist the Nurse Unit Manager in the day to day running of the ward, you will liaise between surgeons and patients and ensure an excellent standard of care.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must display strong clinical knowledge and competence within an acute care setting. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The flexibility to work 7-day rotating shifts including weekend and night shifts will also be key for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years’ nursing experience in an acute setting and/or rehabilitation setting
- Clinical leadership experience or post graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded
- Current or previous experience working in a rehabilitation unit desired
- Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.
